2024 Diabetes SoluT1ons Family Retreat

Rate:

$200 per person.
Limited financial assistance is available.

Join us for a mix of outdoor activities and fun, as well as educational breakout sessions lead by diabetes experts in our community! We offer unique and informative discussions (including some for non-diabetic siblings), learning/advice for families, teens, and young adults while enjoying all the outdoor activities of camp.

1. Reserve your spot by completing the 2024 Diabetes SoluT1ons Family Retreat online registration. 

2. Complete the 2024 Diabetes SoluT1ons Family Retreat supplemental registration to complete the event waivers and provide information for each individual so we can make any necessary accommodations.
